By downloading, installing, or using Pulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Use of Service

Pulse is a social platform for runners to discover and organize group running sessions. You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Pulse respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws. You must not use the app to harass, abuse, or harm other users. Inappropriate content, spam, or fraudulent activity will result in account termination.

4. Running Sessions

Pulse facilitates the organization of running sessions but does not guarantee the safety or quality of any session. Users participate in sessions at their own risk. Always exercise appropriate caution when meeting with other users.

5. Subscriptions

Pulse offers optional premium subscriptions (Pulse+). Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pulse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the app or participation in running sessions organized through Pulse.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Pulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
